- Coordination with Clients for bookings
- Telemarketing - Involvement in Generation of new clients & retaining existing clientele
- Co-ordination with overseas agents for Contract filing as per agreed rates / locals, IGM desk, & Billing desk & CFS to ensure invoicing / billing is done as per the contract agreed
- Preparation of nomination reports and maintaining follow-up sheet for rate enquiries
- Maintaining various MIS related to shipments for records and analysis
- Preparation of detention/damage waiver report for the cases handled by sales team
- Following up on import long stay cases along with the sales team
Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in Imports
Skills
- Excellent Oral and written Communication in English
- Good Email ettiquettes & MS Office Suite
- Good Team Player
- Attuned to customer needs and ability to coordinate & deliver them
