AM- Liner Sales
Key functions involve :
- Achieving set commercial targets by constantly identifying prospective Customers, Business Opportunities, assessing Customer needs in terms of promoting our NVOCC Liner Services.
- Must have strong leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities and be able to work under pressure.
- Developing new customer base along with retention of existing clientele, by regularly making sales visits and following-up with the Clients for business generatrion.
- .Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and submitting the same to HOD.
- Monitor market developments closely and update the Management, to ensure protecting existing customers and take necessary steps to ensure growth of business.
General Requirements :
- A proven track record in driving Strong Performance of Sales activities in Chennai market.
- Candidate should have rich experience of Liner / NVOCC Sales & Marketing with knowledge / contacts of Shippers / freight forwarders / CHAs.
- Candidate should be well versed and abreast with the latest industry trends which are influencing the areas of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operational activities.
- Outstanding leadership skills, inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to work with the Team.
- Must have very good knowledge of Trade between Chennai and Far East, South East Asia and Middle East markets.
