Mr. George Abrao is the Chairman of the Abrao Group of Companies. He is responsible for the overall management plans and strategic business development of the Group . Mr. George, a Commerce Graduate, has close to 40 years of experience in the shipping business. He is responsible for introducing and establishing Main Line Operators (MLO) into India like WAN HAI (Taiwan), Interasia Lines (Japan), etc. He spearheaded the group’s diversification from container agency business to Vessel owning and chartering, feeder agency, NVOCC, Ship to Ship Transfer Operations (STS) and end to end logistics solution provider. He is also presently the Vice President of AMTOI (Association of Multimodal Transport Operators of India) and leads the AMTOI NVOCC council as its Chairman.

Mr. Lenny Abrao is a Managing Director in the Abrao Group of Companies. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has an experience of more than 25 years in shipping business. A licensed Custom Broker and well experienced with the EXIM procedures. He is responsible for overall process management and operations of the group. He is also overseeing the digitization initiatives of the Group and implementation of ERP systems across business verticals which is to provide a superior customer experience.

He has more than 37 years of experience in the Logistic Industry in various segments such as Liner Agency, Freight Forwarding, Oil field Support Services, Container Freight Stations (conceptualizing to implementation), NVOCC, Road Transportation, Cold Chain, Warehousing and Distribution and Domestic Coastal Container service. Previously, he held the post of Managing Director of a USD 200 million Turnover Logistics company. He is an astute business leader with proven ability in shaping long term vision and strategy for the organisation.

While driving the technology vision of the company, he is also accountable for providing a scalable, secure and an intuitive platform for running the day to day IT operations of the company. Capt. Anuj Bajaj, a Master Mariner (F.G.) has about 45 years experience in the Shipping Industry, with over 15 years at sea and 30 years on shore in Top Management positions with a variety of portfolios. A well-known and respected figure in the Oil and Gas industry both in India and Overseas. Alumnus of the prestigious T.S. Rajendra 1980-81 batch with an Extra First Class.
He is a Pioneer of Commercial Ship to Ship Transfer of Oil and Gas cargoes in the Indian subcontinent. He joined Abrao Group in February 2004 and was instrumental in establishing the business of Ship-to-Ship Transfer operations and Marine jobs for the organisation and expanding to worldwide locations.

Mr. Leo has 30 years of work experience in Wan Hai Lines (WHL) including overseas posts in India and Singapore. He is currently the Vice Chairman of Blue Water Lines Pte. Ltd. He is responsible to monitor and guide the President of the company and also looks after the functioning of the Finance Team and Audit Team. Mr. Leo introduces new opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector for both Blue Water Lines Pte. Ltd. and other group of companies that can engage in and benefit from.

He joined WHL in 1990 as a Division Head (Vice President), worked with significant departments and operations such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Auditing, HR & Administration. In the initial years of his career, he managed operations for WHL Singapore and India and also played the role of Chief Auditor & Spokesman for WHL. During his tenure, Mr. Leo served as a Senior VP in WHL HQ where he administrated global sales, marketing and commercial functions of WHL offices in Taiwan and overseas.

Mr. Raju Anthony is a dynamic professional with 17+ years of considerable experience as a Finance Professional serving the Shipping Industry. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the Abrao Group. He is responsible for the Group’s Strategic Financial Planning, Compliance, reporting and optimizing the return on investments across locations. Previously, he held the responsibility of serving different capacities including the Planning lead, Business Integration lead for different products of the Group.
He continuously drives the change by establishing the overall integration process design, mechanics and protocols to be followed by all participants and executives. He accelerates the process by helping the executive staff and pushing for timely decisions on key issues and providing true accountability for action items and deadlines.

Mr. Noor Shaikh is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with twenty-four plus years of experience in Financial & Cost Accounting, Corporate Finance (Equity and Debt), Financial Planning & Analysis, Compliance, Business Restructuring, Business Analytics, Treasury Management, Investments, Internal Audit, Internal Controls Framework & Risk Management and Information Systems.
His functional experience is spread across industries such as shipping (container, diving, maintenance and supply vessels), land transportation, freight forwarding, logistics, business consultancy and audit, which is gained working with leading organizations both internationally and India. In Abrao Group he holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer responsible for Financial functions of the Indian entities of the Group. He operates out of our Mumbai Corporate Office and is supported by strong team of professionals.
